I understand that failure to follow rules or engage in appropriate conduct may result in penalties, including removal from the tournament without refund, at the discretion of league staff. I authorize Hyper Action League Inc. to use, reproduce, edit, modify, distribute, publish, display, and publicly perform such media for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional materials, advertising, social media, websites, broadcast streaming, sponsorship content, and other commercial or non-commercial uses, without compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any materials in which such media may be used. I release and discharge Hyper Action League Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, media personnel, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from the use of such media, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights. I represent and warrant that I am authorized to grant this release on behalf of my team and that appropriate media consents have been obtained from all participants and/or their legal guardians where required. All participants agree to respect and comply with the decisions made by league staff, referees, scorekeepers, and event volunteers. These individuals are responsible for maintaining a fair, safe, and organized competition environment, and their decisions are considered final. Hyper Action League Inc. reserves the right to enforce all rules and take disciplinary action when necessary. This includes warnings, penalties, game forfeitures, suspensions, or removal from the event. League staff reserve the full right to remove any team or player from the tournament or league if rules are violated or behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe.
